Do you effectively have full reciprocal/travel privileges at the remote clubs? For example, if I'm in LA and have already used my complimentary meals for the month, can I still take friends for drinks? Also, how long does it usually take to get the email confirmations? Is it practical to use the city clubs spur-of-the-moment?
