Thanks for the suggestion, which I have considered. I'm going to pass on that since it took some effort with the USPS to have the deliveries stopped, and I don't want to re-educate them and then have to do it all over.

In the big scheme of things, this is frustrating and will delay some planned use of the card and benefits, but I have some time to spare in this case. In the meantime, I'll continue to use my Chase cards since I hold no other AMEX cards.
