Yes, that is what I have been doing, unsuccessfully. I keep on getting a message:
"We're sorry
We are currently experiencing technical difficulties and could not process your request. Please wait 15 minutes and try again. Or please call the number on the back of your Card for assistance."
Of course, this 15 minute wait has lasted 48 hours. The CSR I spoke with was unable to assist.
