I have been corresponding with Delta for weeks about the "flexible dates" option disappearing when "Miles" travel search is selected. I seem to get bounced from one agent to another, & they have yet to admit the problem exists and continue to give me the runaround on how I am not selecting the proper options. A lot of trial and error suggests the "flexible dates" option simply disappears on certain departure airports, as it seems to pop back up on other airports. Does anyone else out there have any experience with this that can help me out?
