Advice kindly sought re de facto JAL "Arrivals" lounge at HND on a BA F ticket

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to read this — I greatly appreciate it.

I was just wondering if any BAEC experts out there might know the answer to the following:

Does BA have any agreement with JAL in terms of BA J & F passengers using JAL lounges at Haneda Airport as de facto "Arrivals lounges"? A fellow FTer mentioned to me that, on the JAL site, there is mention of an agreement that JAL has with certain airlines which permits these other airlines' premium cabin passengers to access JAL lounges at HND.

I just wondered if anyone might know if this agreement includes British Airways' passengers and whether, if so, I might be able to gain access to a JAL lounge at HND in order to use it as an "Arrivals Lounge"? (I'm fortunate enough to be flying BA F into HND at the end of this month, arriving at 07:15am, you see, and I just hoped to be able to access a lounge somehow rather than just the Y1,000 showers.)

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Again, thank you for taking the trouble to read this.
