Not easily because they won't be allowed into Saudi Arabia with Israeli passports. Israel, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia have a wink-wink arrangement whereby Israeli Arabs go to Jordan and "deposit" their Israeli passports and get temporary Jordanian documents which they use to go from Jordan to Saudi Arabia, and then do again on the return.
