New AMEX PLAT user Question

I just was approved for the Ameriprise AMEX Plat, and have run into a few issues, and wonder whether anyone can suggest workarounds:

1. When I applied online, the form asked for my address. I gave my physical address because I assumed a PO Box would not be sufficient for their financial check on me. Long story short, they approved my app. I then call in and say that I do not receive USPS mail at my physical address, only PO Box. The rep said that it will be sent USPS, and they cannot divert to the PO Box, nor can they have it delivered by UPS or Fedex to my house. The rep said, call us back in 10 days, and we can send a new one to your PO Box.

2. After being approved, I had them send me an electronic picture of my card with a temporary four-digit "CID" code. Seems like their own site will not let me register as a mobile user with that information. Because of this, I cannot use the FHR/AmexTravel sites.

Anyone have any suggestions on solutions for getting the card before a two-week delay or registering as a mobile user?
