You have confirmed what someone suggested up thread. You have two BA PNRs, one which you can see which covers the BA operated AA coded LCY-JFK flight, and one which you don't see covering the BA coded and operated DUB-LCY flight. Unfortunately your BAEC number doesn't always populate for the latter type.

In order to get the second BA PNR either call BA/AA, or try entering your AA PNR in to the QF site and under seat selection it may be shown. Once you know it you can add your BAEC number and it will also appear in your bookings list on your BAEC homepage.
