As this question pertains more to status matching from AA Platinum to a non-oneworld alliance and then to another oneworld airline (a short duration strategy at best for most if they're not planning to keep the new status,) I'd make inquiry in the oneworld forum to find out which oneworld airlines might status match and under what conditions they might do so. (Generally, oneworld carriers seem to not match other oneworld airlines' status, AFAIK.) It's off topic for this thread, I'm afraid.
