He didn't mention "my wallet" which I'm quite familiar with. The kids do NOT have AS accounts...so can everything go into "our" wallets? There are 4 of them and 2 of us, if that matters. And it was our credit card that paid for the tickets.

And is there any change/cancel fees associated with any of this because they have no status, or is it the straight dollar amount that can be used for future tickets for us?

Just trying to get the procedure straight.
