In theory this is possible, but I wouldn't do it. Too tight for my liking if anything goes wrong. Also, flying Olbia to Rome to Zurich, I don't think you'd need to go through passport control, but even then you have to claim your bags, recheck and reclear security. This would be better without checked luggage if you need to stick to this itinerary, or if you had some kind of priority with Swiss (status, premium cabin, whatever).
