This used to be much easier, but in the last few years most major airlines have placed end on end restrictionson all but their most expensive fares. There are some exceptions, like AS and FI, so if you can handle a quick stop in KEF you could go that way. A few months ago cheap AA fares with no end on end restrictions started showing up again, but that did not become a trend.
