Well, I can start with the easy ones. "HK" means holding confirmed. So "HK1" would be holding confirmed for one seat. This means the seat is either paid for OR is on hold during the valid holding period OR has been issued via miles or certificate.

My PNR looks a bit different than yours:

86F 29MAY ORDLHR HK 3J NW

So the 86 is the flight number, the F is the class of service, the date, the city pairs, holding confirmed for 3J, not sure what "NW" is where you have "NA".
