Interpreting Codes on PNR Printout

I was at the airport and asked for a printout of my PNR. I'm curious and trying to figure out what some of this stuff means. Here is what I don't know:

1) At the itinerary section, there is "....... LGBJFK HK1 915P 520A ....... /E" What is HK1 and /E?

2) There is a section that says phones. Line #2 says QCZ-N/U. Huh?

3) In the seats/boarding pass section there is "...... LGBJFK HK 9C NA B ...." or "...... LGBJFK HK 9C N B ...." What does HK, B, and N or NA mean? Obviously 9C is the seat.

4) In remarks, why do some start with H- and others -TBM and others H-/T?

Thanks! Anyone have a primer on this stuff?
