QueenOfCoach, if there continue to be systematic IT problems, i will indeed start arriving a bit earlier. But i take something like 100 flights per year, even arriving two minutes earlier would cost me 3 hours time in aggregate. Cost of missing a fight on the shuttle is only 1 hour

Packruby, i will try deleting the BP next time, rather than "just" closing and restarting the app
For what it's worth the kiosk wouldn't reprint my BP (was at 17 minutes prior to scheduled departure and it tried to force me to rebook a later flight). But the desk agent printed it immediately with no issue. I didn't have time to stick around and ask what had gone wrong....
