In last year sadly majority of mine have been given to reservation agents. Seems they're more willing to help then a lot of airport employees i encounter.
Lucky you. Res used to be helpful, but over the last few years has gotten markedly worse, with fewer and fewer good apples left.
BTW, have you noticed how the JWD certs have been devalued even more than SkyMiles? Now I think each is worth 5000 ($5?). Used to be 10,000, 15,000 and I think originally 25,000 each...if my memory serves me right. These have been devalued - as in each being worth less than it used to be before - five fold over the last several years.
