Had the scallops on today's AA126. The plate didn't look like much, but it was probably one of my favorites of the last few DFW/HKG/DFW flights I've been on.

As to the "famous chef" foods..... I would much prefer a burger or a quesadilla type menu myself. I'm by no means fancy, and would prefer basic food done right as opposed to fancy food done poorly.
