I was once sent to the wrong terminal at LGA on an AA award. It was something like "terminal B, gate Cxx" but Alaska's reminder text said "terminal C, gate Cxx."

(Although I subsequently made it on time and ended up chatting my way into an upgrade to F for the first and last time in my life, so the evening wasn't entirely bad!)
