Nope - only thing is that the HH points might not accrue to designated account fully if you split. Was in Hilton Hawaiian Village in March and ended up having a travel companion pay the hotel charge as I had paid for a ton of other things and they were anxious to pay their share - never got the HH points unfortunately.
