Just checked in at the Crowne Plaza Dubai. In the app there was a line that said something like "25% off food one time during your stay." I showed it to the receptionist, who said I had to redeem it through the app, and then I'd get an e-mail that I had to print out and exchange for a voucher.

I clicked "Redeem" but didn't get the e-mail. Anyone else see this? Is that how it's supposed to work? Seems a bit cumbersome to have to print it.
