Can you share more details about what exactly happened? e.g.:
1. Your flight was scheduled for what time?
2. When did you arrive at the airport?
3. What happened when you approached the check-in counter?
4. Were you then told the flight is delayed? or cancelled?
5. What happened between then and 2AM?
6. If ticket handlers worked on finding accommodation for PAX, why did they not take care of you? was it just due to lack of time?
7. What did you then do at 2AM? Found your own hotel?
