Hi! Another semi-newbie question here from yours truly.

I have a flight booked for next year. London to Nashville. Unfortunately it's before BA starts its direct flights to BNA, so I am flying London - JFK - Nashville.

My question - the London to JFK leg was booked through Delta as part of a larger ticket, but that one section is on Virgin Atlantic. I've never had problems flying KLM or Air France when booked through Delta, but I've never seen Virgin Atlantic through them before. (Then again, the overall route is a new one for me.)

I had to go directly to the Virgin Atlantic site to change my automatically assigned seats. Would it be a good idea to sign up for the Virgin Atlantic app and any updates via that app or just stick with the Delta app to give me the necessary updates if there are flight changes?
