My guesstimate would be 15:00.

As transiting between airports isn't anyone's idea of fun, you may want to take a paid one-way SN flight (via BRU) offered as an "Expedia special fare" for £132.60 instead. But this one leaves LGW at 17:30 so would require a long wait at Gatwick...
