Hi all,

I have a domestic flight in Malaysia booked on Air Asia this Sunday, with the value pack which includes 20kg luggage. How strictly is this weight limit enforced these days? I've flown them with 23-24kg luggage in the past, without incurring additional fees, but wondering if that is still the case.

I ask because Mr Editor's case is about 23kg. Mine is only 17kg. Is it likely that they will allow us to spread our combined 40kg between us, or should we repack and move some of his kg into hand luggage (it won't fit in my case)?

Any recent experience/advice welcome!
