It is up to the security at your departure airport ... enforcement is more lax at some than others, and you do not state your city. Airline is irrelevant. Domestic flights within Australia have no limit, any liquid is allowed in carry-on so you can have liters of the stuff if you can get it out of Thailand. Customs may frown on it though.
