Flatbed-configured domestic flights tend to sell out in F early and often (as people realise they're getting more for their money). F9 D6 Z0 is not a great sign, and the fact UA is still offering a $199 Y->F fare differential will probably eat away at inventory further. I would prepare to sit in Y, and hope to get lucky in the event of no-shows at the gate.
