What do you mean by noise isolating earphones? Typically that refers to, well, plain earphones - they block noise physically.

Do you mean noise-cancelling earphones - with battery-powered, active noise cancellation.

Or do plain, ordinary, un-powered earphone drop in volume? I suppose there could be an impact of higher cabin pressure pushing against diaphragm movement, but that's true of every device.
