I don't often use National for rental cars, but I was thinking of giving them a try due to their One Two Free promotion, but I'm running into an issue with the pricing.
On the results page (where it lists all the different types of cars and their prices), it shows a price for a Luxury car that says it includes all taxes and fees. Then, when I select that car and go to the next page, the price raised by about $75.
Is this common? Is there anything that can be done about it so I receive the price that was originally displayed in the search results?
Thanks!
ETA: This doesn't happen with any of the other rates, just the Luxury rate. All the other rates are the same on the final page as they are on the search results page.
Are you an executive? I am an executive elite ( executive gets it as well I believe) where I get a free upgrade on any class which means I get the rate lower than the class reserved. I book luxury I get the premium rate and etc. There is times where the luxury rate is cheaper than the premium rate so that might be why there is a difference since it's showing you the rate for premium since it's an "upgrade"
