The hotel, which will arise next to Townhall, is being developed by a local businessman, along with the Flensburger Brewery, which has plans for a craft brewpub branch in or near the building. Originally it was planned as an office building, but lease prospects failed and it seems that it is now being set up as a hotel. I would agree the plans don't exactly sound like a regular European Hampton by Hilton. I wouldn't be surprised if the rooftop bar will not be allowed to have an outside terrace if it is going to become a Hampton.
