My wife and I have each received the card 4 times since last November. The last two times were from 9 digit mailers. About 70 days ago I was denied immediately for the first time with a fresh mailer. I thought I might have screwed up the 65 days wait so I waited 70 days and tried again with another mailer. Denied again. Received new mailers 2 days ago and applied yesterday for my wife (no issues with date for last cards received) and she was also denied. Seems strange.

What is strange is that you provide absolutely no information about why Citi could reject your app.
Actual DP: wife and I both applied 1 week ago with 9-digit 65K mailers, changed name / address, got approved, letter confirms bonus.
