Silly Q #2 for today

How do I phone BA to make a booking? their webpage says "Bronze, Silver and Gold Executive Club Members: Please log in to your account to view your dedicated number"

However when I login I get a message saying "Bronze, Silver and Gold Executive Club Members: Please log in to your account to view your dedicated number."

and when I login again I get the same message !!
