In terms of TPs what you lose on one hand you gain on the over since LHR-KUL/SIN is 160 and LHR-HKG is 140.
AMS-LHR-HKG-BKK-HKG-LHR-AMS - 40+140+40+40+140+40=440
AMS-LHR-KUL-BKK-HKG-LHR-AMS - 40+160+0+40+140+40=420
AMS-LHR-KUL-BKK-SIN-LHR-AMS - 40+160+0+40+160+40=440
The margin is only 20 TPs so I wouldn't let that wholly dictate your choice. I think I would probably rate the F seats as A380>789>777. There is not much in it between 789 and 777 but the 789 is a much more pleasant aircraft to fly in and will not dehydrate you as badly as the 777 does. The IFE on the 789 is also very good, but no buddy dining if you are travelling with someone else.
