A little off topic, but similar concern.
I have often wondered about the blankets on the long haul flights. On several long haul flights on MU and CZ, I've noticed the J blankets are sealed in plastic on the outbound from China, but only folded and placed on the seats on the inbound. I suppose its possible that they were cleaned and just folded, but I suspected that they are only cleaned after the round trip.
Is that normal for all airlines?
