Could be, although I thought the one I use just wasn't valid at HGI and Hampton until today.
Then when using the corporate booking site, discovered that I could see corporate rates at HGI and Hampton.
I booked a room at a HGI and then called up customer services about the issue, when I quizzed him he reckoned the booking was showing my normal corporate rate.
I may try and phone the Hotel tomorrow and see what they can see.
Here are 4 ideas (if you think you may have multiple corporate codes):
(1) Does your company list their corporate discount codes somewhere on their intranet?
(2) You can try to make a reservation via the Hilton 800# and when they ask you what company and then pull up the rate, you can casually ask if they will give you the code. Tell them its so you can make the reservation online net time.
(3) Ask the hotel what corporate code is on the reservation (as you suggest)
(4) Ask your corporate travel department for the code.
Any of these methods are legitimate since you are entitled to use the code.
