UA949 ORD-SEA yesterday was an often-bumpy ride on our three-class 763, and the Captain was pretty concerned about it, constantly sending the FAs back to their seats. To the FAs credit, when they could be up they took excellent care of us (six in F and about ten in C).
No Channel 9 per the Captain's orders, but he did send the FAs to their seats during most of the decent. About 8,000ft and 30 miles out (per Airshow) he called out the "Prepare for Landing" call and the FAs picked up final trash and had us reset our seats.
