I tried searching for an answer to this, both here and other places, but could not find anything.

I'm travelling with my parents in Hokkaido and from Hakodate, they will head to Osanbashi Pier in Yokohama to board a cruise ship. They'll be flying to HND and from there, grabbing either a train or bus to the cruise terminal. However, since they are travelling with three pieces of luggage, I thought it'd be easier to arrange for them to send their luggage via takkyubin to the cruise terminal. Has anyone done this before? If they were staying at a hotel in Yokohama, this would obviously be no problem but I'm not quite sure who would be at the cruise terminal to receive the luggage/where exactly to send it to at the cruise terminal.
