Well if you don't believe me, ask your F/As tomorrow.

At times it may be repeated, if the pilots don't remember if they said it yet, or if it is getting bumpy and some F/As notice some others are up and think they didn't hear it, then the F/As will sometimes say it a second time. But the procedure is only one announcement.

Why would I make this up?
