Not at all. I was trying to provide him assistance. Due to the nature of his business, I was trying to provide as much info as possible without disclosing too much.

The end result was that instead of flying back to his (other Asian) city of departure, he was able to change his return ticket and fly back to the US earlier than originally planned.
