It can be offered if it is something like MAN-LHR-DXB and was paid for in sterling from a clean BA.com booking, so domestic to longhaul. It won't be offered on OTP-SKP//DBV-MME-LSI-ABZ-LHR-DXB booked via Expedia Slovenia and paid for in roubles.
