Last summer I had a CSR at Alaska make seating arrangements and fail to "save" the record. So when I called back 2 weeks later we were not sitting together. After multiple calls we still could not get the seats together. When I refused to hang up until someone helped me they gave me the number for there customer relations division.
A nice lady at that number was able to open up some seats and get us together. It might have been priority seats since they were right behind first. Not sure but we were sitting together.
I can't find the phone number now. But if I run across it. I will come back and post it.
