My first call would be to the NWA Gold elite line. Explain what happened. They will tell you where to send the boarding passes, reciepts, ticket numbers etc. NWA is fantastic at handling these situations.

You are entilted to the miles from your original booking. If the Gold Elite line can't help than they will know who can.
