I had an Involuntary Reroute out of SNA on Monday due to a mechanical issue. I was also placed on a UA 757, and downgraded to coach. Thankfully Economy Plus has about the same amount of legroom as AS F seats. Channel 9 (From the Cockpit) is highly entertaining and helps pass the flight quickly!

Who do I call/write and what information do I need to provide to have the miles for my original itinerary credited to my NW account? I'm trying to requalify for WP Gold and those 2000 miles are desperately needed!
