Once on a SFO-LHR many years ago it felt like we had developed a particularly strong rapport with the upper deck flight crew — we all stayed cheerful throughout a multi-hour mx delay; during boarding I somehow ended up tucked into the storage area stowing passengers' rollaboards; we shared some info about the current aurora forecast; etc.

Near the very end of that flight a FA handed us a blue plastic bag with two cans of beer, three little bottles of champagne, four little bottles of wine, and about fifteen minis of liquor. "We found this after we finished our inventory, can you please take it off our hands?".

Odd, but a kind gesture. Felt kind of weird to take that home on the Tube.
