Seriously. Last few times I had to go to OAK, it took me 35 minutes to the OAK sign, and 30 more minutes to get to parking lot or the terminal. This means that I now can make it to SMF in the same amount of time as it takes to get to OAK. I flew out of SMF a few weeks ago, and it was a real pleasure (and economy parking was only $7). The whole place reminded me of what OAK was like 4-5 years ago.

If you live in the North or East Bay, SMF may be a viable option.
