Traffic snarls at OAK this week

On the way to the airport I was commenting to my friend "look at all those cars backed up" (in the opposite direction), then as we made the 880 curve toward Alameda from the bay bridge, the traffic on our side backed up. A good 45 minutes to get to the Coloseum where we had to eventually give up.

OAK is going thru some changes too I believe, some cosmetic which slow traffic once you get into the airport property.

Allow yourself a good deal of time.
