Any recent updates on St Ermin's?

Thinking of taking my best girl there for Valentine's Day 2018.

I know there's no concierge lounge (a significant drawback), but the location seems exceptional (this is her first time to London, so we'll spend 12+ hours/day out of the hotel taking in the city).

Is the breakfast a buffet, or sit down with wait staff? Full english off the menu?

I suspect we'll take a little nosh in the hotel before setting out around 7a each day and not return before 10-11p (hence we can skip the concierge lounge).
