Air Canada lost-n-found experience?
I wonder if you guys have any pleasant experience with the Air Canada lost-n-found.
Most of my memorable experiences were at least 5-years back and before, but I assume these days they will not do anything, if you forgot to a bag, or reading glasses or clothes on your seats. The aircraft groomers basically clean out everything, and everything should be gone, as they have anywhere between the 10-20 min window to groom the seats and planes.
This year, I have forgot quite a few items on my seats (all in J-cabins), and each time I contacted the Concierge desk (within the 30-60 min window of departure, immediately after becoming to realize that we forgot things at the seats), the answer has been "nothing has been turned in".
In older days, I had my mini-bags returned. Fond memories for the concierge services. In these days, I imagine the rule might be that "airplane turnaround efficiency is the key and do not generate extra work for concierges anyway".
