Anyone else noticed that both Virgin and AirNZ aren't properly displaying all possible flights anymore? (Flights with a connection)

The outbound flight which is offered on AirNZ isn't offered on Virgin and the inbound is no longer offered on AirNZ but is on Virgin. (Both flights have the TT section on Virgin and domestic with AirNZ)

This has been going on a few months, ever since they started displaying the flights with a stupid 10hr+ layovers as an option. Seems like a bit of a scam as I use to be able to book these flights on AirNZ website. I'm also saving $200-300 on a return flight in September by splitting the bookings between websites.
