Two questions:
Yesterday, my wife clicked on the upgrade button and confirmed we wanted to upgrade the annual fee.
1. Was there any confirmation this happened for the rest of you? Secure message, email confirmation, anything? 24 hours later there was nothing to me yet.
2. Once upgraded, if you were past your $25,000 spend for the year did they back date the EQMs? (or is it $20k AFTER upgrade)?
