Very happy to hear that our OP is satisfied and received an appropriate apology from the CBR GM. IMO, that apology and direct contact was long overdue.

I will be VERY interested to hear from [MENTION=205346]silverlim[/MENTION] about the comparison and contrast of the OO/SJ/CBR properties. I also will be very interested to hear about what VIP treatment CBR provided for those 4 nights.
